This is a customer to customer forum....There are various ways to pay. You may have to use a landline to call...Or go instore

You could try via My O2

I honestly think if you have no access to any type of phone you will need a trip to an O2 store. Look at the ways to pay first though

I will also add....if you have been cut off completely you will need to pay a reconnection fee. Is there any possibility you could borrow a friends phone?

Once you have been disconnected your options to make payments are limited. Online it will ask you to call. If you can possibly get to an O2 store they will let you use their phone to call and make the payment.

For peace of mind reinstate the direct debit.

@Anonymous please listen to the advice given to you above.

I've used the mention because the OP may have thought they were posting directly to O2 and that someone there will read her post, which they won't. This way she may come back and see the advisory posts.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hey there,

This is the problem with not paying by direct debit! In all seriousness, you really should get that set up and yet and make sure that you're in a position to pay each month.

Anyhow I'm not here to preach to you as it's your decision but now you'll incur a reconnection fee unfortunately.

Good luck.
