Over the past three weeks I am getting intermitent connection from O2 for my data. B15 2TH. How can mast problems last this long. As this mast covers both my work area and home I am fed up with the constant of being unable to use my data. I want to leave based on continued poor service. I have checked ofcom website and it says is within my rights to leave without a penalty.

@Vas

Info re cancellation of your contract here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I very much doubt you will be able to leave without penalty. You could ring cutomer services and use the 'I'm thinking of leaving' link...see what they say. I doubt it will have any effect but worth a try Guide: How to find help & contact O2

No chance of leaving penalty free after only 3 weeks and I'm sure OFCOM doesn't say you can either.
Many factors effect repair timescales and it's all covered in the T&C's you signed into when taking your contract.
I appreciate it's frustrating but these things happen occasionally so you'll just have to be patient.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If you're on a refresh contract you can pay off your handset plan and you're free to move away

You need to give a provider ample time to try and resolve an issue @Vas ; nothing in this world is fault free sadly.
