I upgraded my phone throught carphone warehouse but I want to exchange it and pay the difference. The cobtract will be tge same. Can I do it?

But it’s from Carphone Warehouse and I checked their return policy and it lookslike it doesn’t apply to O2 😩. I want to have the same contract but different more expensive phone

I think they changed the policy.
Best to check directory Carphone Warehouse as that's who your contract is with for the handset.
