I want to change contracts, but the options aren't good - HELP!

My phone has broken (getting a new sim-free one), I have an unlimited calls,texts + 3GB data month contract (£19.00).

I saw a sim-only plan that is unlimited calls,texts + 6GB allowance for only £10.00.

How would I go about switching to that offer without changing my sim (I don't want to change my number).

_________

When I choose "change tariff" on O2 site it's only offering higher paying contracts, which is ridiculous.

I can't seem to find a live chat option either, it's well hidden.

Thanks!

@dj_3000

You need to go to your upgrade options and choose sim only.

You can only do this if you have reached the minimum term of your current contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You can only upgrade if you have reached your minimum term.

Scroll down in your MyO2.
