Hi Darrenredstorm and welcome to the forum.

I think you may have set your sights a little high for your intended outlay.

Possibly look at 3 Network but I woukd think the £20 is a little low.

Also check any network your looking at via their payg SIM cards to ensure good signal is available.

Don't rely on coverage checkers.
