I want a second phone number but on contract?

I want a second phone number for like literally a day. Can I use an a cheap o2 sim to get it and then put in my actual sim when I done with the thing?

@AstannewtoOtwo You can't get a contract sim for just one day. Get a Pay & Go sim. Minimum amount is £15, I believe.

Welcome to the o2 community forum. 

As the term Contract indicates you would need to contract with o2 for a new sim which would have a new number.

If you need a one day number buy a PAYGO sim.

For both options you will need to contact o2 customer services which can be time consuming at the moment.
