What do I need to do ? I’ve paid my bill half hour ago and still can’t use my phone with no WiFi

If you wait for the system to catch up it can take a couple of days for the payment to clear @Georgialewis 

Should you need it on sooner, you will need to speak to the Payment Management team.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It would be worth getting a DD set up to avoid this happening again.
