I switched to giffgaff £6pcm for the same data n unlimited calls n txts,

I owe o2 20ish quid 

But can't log into my o2,,or phone to pay,as my account has been closed,,so how can I pay??

You need to contact O2. You can call from any phone to 0344 809 0202

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

@kevriz Make sure you follow @Cleoriff's advice, and also make sure you get a receipt for any money you owe and that your O2 account is zero. O2 have been known to ruin a person's credit rating for far less than 20ish quid.
