I've been waiting four days for my old mobile number from another network to be transferred

I've been waiting four days for my old mobile number from another network to be transferred. Contacted customer services each day and promised always within 24 hours. Is this normal?

No, it's not normal but sometimes things go wrong.
Keep on to them until they sort it.

You'll have to keep chasing them I'm afraid.
How long have you had your PAC as it's only valid for 30 days?
If older, you'll need to contact your old provider for a new one.
