I've been over charged

I've been overcharged for using my data abroad. I only turned on my data in America for 4 days and have been charged for 6. How do we solve this?

Does your bill show you using data on the 6 days as charged or on 4?

I guess that's why you are still baffled then if you haven't spoken to them yet.

There will be a call, text or some data use on those 2 days, I assume, which should be showing in your bill https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/1014096 but if not clear to you, please call.

If it's an error, they will refund you.
