I need someone to get back to me asap. I payed the bill on the 27th of September and now o2 have took out another £80.48 for my iPad, I need refunded

If you paid just before a Direct Debit went out it would be too late to stop it.

You need at least 7 days before the direct debit date if you want to pay manually.
If a DD is setup, just let it be paid from that, much less hassle @dransfield
