I've just been charged by O2 for an order I never completed. I was going to start an o2 monthly plan, but never went through with the order. I've been charged £147, however.
I can't get onto live chat as it always says 'We're checking if there's an available agent' and the social media team are yet to reply.
I'd really like to avoid calling as it's a whole lot of hassle.
Any help appreciated.
