I toped up £15 and didn't get my calls?

today i toped up £15 and i used the credits for the facebook game 'texas holdem poker' for more chips, i toped up about 2hrs ago and i still havn't got my free txts, i also toped up on the 4/10/2012 and then i toped up today 18/12/2012 and its still saying my next top up date is 4/1/2013, is this a fault or does it take time? why havn't i got my calls? any help is very helpful.

Whepips your anniversary date usually

It doesn't matter how many times you top up, you only get your allowance on your anniversary date, once a month. It looks like your anniversary date is the 4th of each month.

I can only assume you have used this months allowance from the 4th December to the present date.
