So, I was stupid and took out a contract for my (at the time) long-term partner. He has now moved out and seems to be using his phone to gamble and stuff online using o2 payments or whatever it's called. Is there a way I can transfer the contract to an account in his name so it isn't in my account anymore.
The break-up was less than civil so talking about it isn't an issue. As a last resort is there a way to block him for using o2 payments?
Thanks in advance.

I would give him the option of paying the £200 or getting the phone cut off, he must react if he wants to keep it.

True, if he wants to continue using the phone he has to pay for it, simple as.

Must be the 'wicked female' in me I guess. The OP claims the split wasn't amicable. She has asked him for payment, the ex is refusing. ...Personally I wouldn't ask again. He is amassing major bills on that phone which she is liable for. Report it stolen and get it blocked asap...

Yes without a doubt the account needs to be blocked straight away.

Do a Sim swap then port a number onto the old one using a PAC code. The old number will be gone forever then, you can then use it as your own.
