I received an e-mail stating an order has been placed on my account for an iphone and i checked my o2 account and sure enough i have a bill for £1600 for a phone i didnt order, i have changed the password for my o2 and my email and done a virus scan and it came up clean.
is there any way to cancel this online or do i have to wait until thr moring for the phones to open?

You need to call customer service and ask to be put through to the fraud team. Call them first thing around 8.30am. Don't use live chat for this

Very sorry to hear your account has been hacked, good advices from community follow these. I can emphasize with you have had bad hack and pursued by scammers.
