I sent my phone back withing a week of upgrading and have proof it was posted as they sent me the docs to print out. I haven't heard anything back also looks like they still want the money off me! I just want it to go back to the sim only deal I had.

Your SIMO contract will have been terminated when you upgraded, @Manni - so if you are going back to your old phone, you will need to either move your number back to a PAYG SIM, available free via post or from any O2 shop, or browse Uswitch or similar for a good value deal and port your original number back onto it: Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Good luck, @Manni.

@Manni

You can be moved back to your old tariff if it is still available, if not, O2 will put you back on the nearest one that is current.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
