Hello,

 

On the 3rd of April I received an email confirming my switch to a monthly sim only plan ([Removed]) and am awaiting delivery of my new sim card. However, today I received an email purporting to be from yourselves, the content of which I've pasted below:

I'm not sure whether this is some sort of scam, since your email of 3/4 said that everything was proceeding accoring to plan. Please advise.
