I received a new SIM card yesterday. I have tried to use swap my sim but it does not work on either the o2 app or on the o2 website. Please advise

In that case you will need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202

And they will process the sim swap for you. Do not call from your o2 phone as it will go dead.

I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
