I paid my bill already why my phone is switch off

I have a question,I paid my last bill two days ago and I still can't give a call? When you switch on my phone?

Try turning your phone off and on.

If no joy contact customer services.

O2 Customer Services which is 202 for Contract -> http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Landline numbers in the link to phone O2 if you can't use someone else's phone who are on an O2 contract.

It can take a feww days until the payment clears before the phone is reconnected. Speak to customer service for clarification.

If the OP sets up a Direct Debit, having their phone switched off could be avoided in the future.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Anonymous please see the comments above and if you are still not connected can you please advise how long you have been disconnected for?

Have you tried to register your phone on the network from your settings?

As @Bambino says, direct debit solves this issue. If the payment date each month isn't the best ask CS to change it.
