I ordered the phone on monthly contract, haven't received the confirmation email but the money is deducted from my account, what to do now?

Possible credit check and with it being weekend it will be Monday before the that's completed

Your money hasn't been taken and will be a pending transaction with your bank

If the account isn't accepted then the upfront cost will be available funds to you within 7 days
