I ordered and paid for the iphone 15 pro

Eariler today i set up to pay for the iphone 15 pro on a monthly payment i had the contract via email and the money left my account but ive had no dispatch email no tracking number or order ref and when i log into my O2 the order isnt showing im very confused and slightly worried

Your payment will be pending until your order is accepted by O2.

If not accepted, it will be returned to your account in line with your bank's policies.
