I ordered an iPhone 7 with £19.99 upfront It went through as successful and said I will get an email to confirm this and I still haven’t yet received an email?

Any help or advice

The S3 was a few years back and as I said, I got it within a day. My sim only tariffs get an immediate text and email.

When I ordered my phone I paid the upfront cost and placed my order. I was e-mailed shortly after saying I had been declined. Then magically the phone and SIM were in my local store and I was e-mailed to go collect them because I hadn't been declined! Not sure how that happened, so just be careful, an e-mail saying no or no e-mail isn't really confirmation of anything.
