Have you checked your spam folder? If you haven't received it by morning give customer service a call. Also check in My O2 to see if anything is showing there in recent orders.

I got my S3 from O2 on contract and had a text and email within a day. This was an order I placed by phoning customer services. (and had been on PAYG with them for years)
