Hi, so i ordered a phone last February 9, 2021 with airtime plan. I already payed £239 already. However, when i track my order, it says "we're reviewing your order, this can take up to 24hours" even if its been days already. Does this process usually take days? i just wanna know if they approve my purchase. Thank you.!

The only way is to call customer services to check on the progress @Wanderlust .

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
