I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus like new on wedsnday and it is now Tuesday with no dispatch email & multiple calls to o2 with each person saying the same thing "it's still being processed" (has anyone else had this issue &a how did you resolve it) also the phone is in stock because I checked
quick edit: one of the people from o2 said something about contacting the dispatch team, how would I go about this?

Also there is no way of contacting the dispatch team. You have to persevere with CS As said it's more than likely was out of stock. If they can't give you a delivery date you would be well within your right to cancel the order.
