I ordered a Sim Contract but I don't have any confirmation but a charge in my bank account

Hello,
I ordered a sim only contract yesterday at 4:30pm approx. but I haven't received any emails from o2 with a confirmation (I received only one to confirm the O2 account but anything about the contract).
How can I do to know if my contract order has gone through ? Because in my Bank Account appears the payment collected.
I don't know if I ordered wrong the sim contract...

@AmandaGarcia Have you checked your spam or junk folders to see if they are there? Call customer service if you are not sure

You haven’t deleted it by mistake have you? Can you access your myo2 to see an order number? Call customer service as per my post above

You will then get an email with your details on it and a delivery date / tracking number.
Sim only contracts may be sent out by Royal Mail.
