Hi,

 

 

Does the service status say you should get 3g.

 

http://status.o2.co.uk/

 

Is 3g turned on in your phones settings ?

 

Do others in your area on O2 receive 3G ?

If an Android phone check in Settings and see if "Network Mode" is set to receive WCDMA. If set to GSM only it will only ever receive 2G.
