I am trying to download vat invoices for bills

You need to get in touch with customer services @Bennyboyh

Either call them on 202 (assuming you are a personal customer) or 0344 809 0202.

Alternatively message them on social media:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
