I need to move my number over to a new phone but don't have a landline

How do I do this?

I don't have access to the old phone so cannot get through any of the checks/codes sent to my old number and my partner is not back home until after business hours.

What happened to your old sim, which you can use in the new phone if you have it.

If you can't wait for another phone to call from, can you get in store (take photo ID) for a new sim?

You could try messaging on social media but may not get a quick response.
