I’ve been struggling with money at the moment due to money problems and was wondering is there a way to ask O2 for some more time when I’m ready to pay my bill.

You will need to call the o2 Payments Management Team, and they will be able to help, this may lead to suspension of some services, but they are the only ones who can advise.
