That is not problem, the only channel that can change your billing date is over the phone, we are busier than usual at the moment so might have difficulty getting through.
You can contact O2 on 202, which is a free call; you can also reach out to web chat and see if they can help. Web Chat is available on the O2 website from time to time, and you can access it by browsing the site and waiting for a pop-up.
