Basically everyday I wrote the email to send u guys and I haven’t received any answer from u guys and thing is I lost my phn two months ago and they send me the bills 86 pound today and I haven’t use the sim main problem is I told u guys to order the new sim for me plz if u can send me the new sim with same number plz if u can

@Parassidhu I don't know where you've been emailing to, as there hasn't been an email address to write to for years. Please see this link to report your phone and sim as lost. You have to call.
