I have tried several time but no luck, O2 not really interested as they make more money this way, its a hidden scam.

The numbers are free to call (most of them), @Koorush-1. 

Here's the calls tried and waits I had to fix an issue at start of April - and there was an 0800 number I called at 08:12 that I failed to get connected on too:

Patience, and when you get to the on-hold music, just hang in there until they answer.
