I’m still wait for the sim

Hi, I hope you are safe and well.
A mounth ago I order the sims deal whit 100g for 20£ but now after one month I still wait for my sim,also they charge me the first payment.
How I can’t contact this company? I m really disappointed because I been in the shop and they can’t help me to stop that because I dindt receive yet the sim.
I wish I can receive i good advice.

I did allready, the guy told me can’t help me because him dindt know the number of this sim.
Anyway I will wait my new phone and call them,
