I'm still being charged airtime but have fully paid up my plan. Why is this?

The contract is for a minimum term @GGCoates19_ and then moves to a rolling monthly plan.

It will only stop once you tell o2 to cancel it - either using a PAC (to move your number to another network), or a STAC (moving your service to another network and cancelling your number) or by speaking to customer services to cancel.
