Hello, I'm writing you cause I would like to close my O2 account.

Effectively, I'm living in France actually.

I try to call the "202" with my O2 sim card, but it doesn't work. So I can't close my account...

It was a initialy a pay monthly contract of 12 months started on July 2012.

You need to call them on +44 844 809 0200 free from your mobile.

When you do call you need to give 30 days notice, so you will have to pay at least one more month. Do not cancel your direct debit until you get a zero bill.
