I lost my phone and I can't access my new sim card was given from o2 shop

2 weeks ago I lost my phone I reported to o2 and stopped the card 

I was in the o2 shop and I get another sim card and the staff said will be activeted in 24 hr 😑

Nothing happened still waiting...2 weeks 

It's a business sim card and I think the best thing to get to court O2

Costumer services from 02 shop said call costumer service...trying every day and all the lads said "will be activeted in 24 hour "

Really bad services!!!

You'll need to call customer service yo remove the bars from your phone.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
