I left o2 a while ago and today I got a text saying from April they will be increasing my airtime bill. I have paid off my contract and device plan,

Firstly, what the hell?

Secondly, why?

I also have no access to my o2 app, since I changed network

Clearly a glitch so just ignore it.

BTW your new network will also message you with the same details as they all put the prices up every April.
