I have to make a monthly device plan payment of £6.99. I do it manually, and although a total pain, usually works fine, but this month I replied to the text, got confirmation for my payment and now they are threatening to cancel my device, and I have no way of saying I've already paid, stop hounding me. Any ideas?

You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they can have a look into it.
This is why you should pay by DD, as it could lead to miss payments been recorded on your credit file.
