I just joined O2 but already regret

I just joined O2 from another provider and received my SIM card today. I am trying to contact 202 to request the transfer of my old number but have been in a quee for 70 minutes (expectation was 15 minutes). If this is the type of customer service I will get with O2, better to cancel now. Such a nightmare in the first call.


Can someone please inform what shoud I do to cancel my O2 within the initial 14 days days?

Having had to ring EE today, hold time was about an hour to get through to someone... `


Unfortunately no one wants to work in Call Centres due to the constant abuse by the Great British Public, daily, and been paid crap wages, hence call wait times are going through the roof, not just o2...
