I haven't had signal for around 2 days and can't log in without you texting me a passcode

I'm trying to get in touch with you about not having any phone or 4/5G signal for two days, but I can't get into my account to talk to you unless you send me a passcode by text, which is impossible to receive as I haven't had any phone signal for two days.
