Hello there, my 300 UK texts have ran out yesterday, so today I have decided to top up, in order to once again receive my texts and internet allowance. However after topping up I have only received the money only, without my texts and internet. I thought it was an error, so I have decided to top up again, yet same result. Why is this? The last I have topped up was 5th of August and I have received my texts & web allowance.
