It can take 48 hours for payments to show on your account @Harris1 

Alternatively you can call the Payment Management team - their number is in the Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I know you posted in PAY Monthly but Is this a Rolling plan as they can only be paid by registered debit card. Any other payments will show as a balance and can only be used for out of bundle extras 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you do have credit that would pay for a Big Bundle, this article talks about hopping between PAYG Rolling Plan and PAYG Big Bundles, and back again to use up the credit, @Harris1
