You need to call O2 immediately and report it. They will block your phone and account.
You are responsible for any charges until you do this.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

O2 will also send you a replacement SIM card. When you recieve it you'll need to ring them back to lift the bar off it.

If you stored any password info on the phone and it was nit password protected then change then now.

Accept your phone has gone. It's rare that it'll be traced. An imei block will be put on it which will take hhold if the phone comes into the UK.

After you notify o2 and report the phone was stolen to the police, make sure you notify your insurance company if your phone was insured

I do hope you called O2 immediately as a stolen phone can be worth more than a credit card and the bill could be enormous unless you're on P & G.

Hopefully it was a PAYG phone as I feel O2 have no knowledge of the theft thus far........

When I lost my phone, I've contacted my carrier first thing

You'd think people would do that straight away..

Me too, this should have been reported both to O2 and the Spanish police two days ago!
