I have moved abroad and need to change my address? Web chat seems to be quitting, I have been told there is a form online for foreign addresses. I need to pay to phone bill. Thanks for help.

You need to write in with your change of address details and send it to:
Telefónica UK Limited
Correspondence Department

PO BOX 694

Winchester

SO23 5AP
