I have lost my phone and I am unable to contact O2 to block the number ,even though they say that there is a 24hr service

It is a 24 hour service and we have asked O2 to make this easier.

Another thread overnight for another lost/stolen phone. O2 really need to sort the IVR out quickly.

Now that ^^^^^^ I totally agree with....Someone in a state of panic due to the loss of their phone does NOT want to hang on and on and on the line ......until they reach the lost and stolen option

I couldn't agree more! But are we talking about the same team who are responsible for the website? If so I wouldn't be holding my breath.
