I have been charged twice for my previous bill

For my last bill my money automatically came out of my bank but then for some reason my phone then was getting a texts to say I hadn’t paid when I had and then I had to repay it again 10 days later as o2 stopped my phone working. How do I get a refund of one of the payments? I have proof of two payments
