I have been charged for an international phone call when on holiday it was from O2 customer services it was on the 9th July. I am pretty new to 02 how can I tell if a phone call is from o2 or not

Possibly one of the 'trusted' companies masquerading as O2

Unlikely Customer Services would call as they are not big on outgoing calls.

Plenty of scammers pretending to be them around at the moment.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
