I have a query on my latest bill

Hi,

   I have a query on my latest bill. It is showing a charge of £3.75 on Premium and Info Services - received and also a charge of £0.08 on Premium and Info Services - sent. The origin & destination is 65888.

I don't know what this is? Please can you help?

This does look like it could be a scam.

Follow the information provided by our Community

pursue this until you get your money back. 

It is not essential but if these charges were made on or after 11th May 2019

it will be much easier to get your money refunded.

You can still get your money back so don't be disheartened, no one should take

money from your account without you authorising it properly.
