Please can somone tell me how to make a query on my latest airtime bill ?
Was on the phone and answered all the security questions, which took 5 minutes only for a recorded message to say we are too busy to speak to you and look forward to speaking to you later !!!!!
Does this mean O2 are ringing me or do I have to keep trying to ring them only to get cut off because they are too busy ?
Happy to try live chat with an agent but can't seem to find a link for that.

O2 won't call you I'm afraid. Usually the best time to call is 8 - 8.30 in the morning.

Your first bill is always slightly higher but will settle down next month.
